Lajach Blue Oasis Flavored Tequila

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in the Lowlands of Jalisco (Los Valles). Slow-cooked in traditional stone brick ovens, extracted via screw mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks before double-distillation in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils at La Cofradía (NOM 1137). This vibrant, craft expression infuses unaged blanco tequila with natural exotic blue fruit and citrus flavorings, producing a striking, electric-blue-hued spirit that blends sweet tropical fruit notes with smooth, crisp agave and bright citrus peel.

Food Pairing: Fresh fish ceviche, tropical fruit salsa with totopos, coconut shrimp, grilled chicken tacos, lime-marinated seafood, and fruit tarts.

Tasting Notes : Striking, vibrant electric blue hue with crystal clarity and a smooth, medium-bodied texture.

Nose : Sweet tropical blue fruits, ripe citrus peel, sweet cooked agave, subtle floral undertones, and fresh green apple.

Palate : Smooth and refreshing with juicy tropical fruit flavors, candied citrus, crisp roasted agave, light herbal notes, and a gentle touch of pepper spice.

Finish : Crisp, clean, and sweet with a lingering fade of tropical fruit zest and warm agave sweetness.

Serve : Serve chilled as an eye-catching shot, over ice with a splash of club soda or lemonade, or as a colorful base in tropical Margaritas and festive cocktails.
