About the Lagrimas de Dolores Tepemete Mezcal 750ml
Lagrimas de Dolores Tepemete is made with maguey Tepemete (agave angustifolia). The agave are cooked in an underground oven with mesquite and river stones, then crushed by machete. After fermentation, they are distilled in an alambique viejo still, with a copper base, a wooden hood, and a copper serpentine.
