About the Laberinto Cenizas Mezcla Tinta 2021
A distinctive Chilean red blend from Laberinto in Colbun, Maule Valley, combining Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe black cherry, blackberry, blueberry and cassis meet eucalyptus and violet notes, supported by structured tannins, fresh acidity and subtle oak.
Food Pairing: Grilled beef, lamb, game meats, roasted pork, hearty stews, charcuterie and aged cheeses.

A touch of black beans to the black cherries, dark plums, spice box and tobacco. Flavorful and nicely chewy on the palate, with a medium to full body and a flavorful finish. Shows nice length and generous fruit in the finish. 65% merlot, 25% cabernet franc and 10% cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold.
