La Tour Melas Cyrus One combines Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Agiorgitiko, delivering ripe plum, cassis, mulberry and dark chocolate notes. The palate is medium-bodied and polished, with fresh fruit and velvety tannins. Thirteen months in French oak barrels adds structure and refined complexity.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, pork tenderloin, game and aged hard cheeses.
