About the La Tessa Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
A magnificent Central Italian red wine displaying an intense ruby color with purple highlights. The fresh nose opens with black plums and cherries, masterfully layered with sweet spices. On the medium-bodied palate, it balances pure dark fruit with soft tannins.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with tomato-based pasta bakes, wood-fired artisan pizzas, grilled sausages, wild mushroom risottos, and medium-aged pecorino cheeses.
