Finca La Sabina Cabernet Gran Reserva

This distinguished Gran Reserva is a flagship expression from the Familia Conesa estate, located at a rare altitude of 1,100 metres in the heart of the Campo de Montiel. Sourced from gravel-rich clay-loam soils, the wine undergoes an extensive aging process of 22 months in French oak barrels. It presents a medium-deep Bordeaux-red hue with brick and ruby reflections, opening with a complex bouquet of ripe compote fruits, spices, and a delicate floral hint of violets. The palate is characterized by poised equilibrium and mature, expressive tannins that provide a fleshy texture, leading to a long, savoury finish.
