La Rambla del Peligres is a vibrant Garnacha showing fresh raspberry, blackberry and floral notes. The palate is light, juicy and energetic, with lively tannins and refreshing acidity. Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete and minimal intervention preserve its distinctly Mediterranean fruit character and freshness.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled pork, Spanish sausages, tomato-based rice dishes, mushroom pasta and semi-aged cheeses.
