Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc sourced primarily from the Loire Valley and select vineyards in southern France, this wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity. Bright citrus, peach and tropical fruit are balanced by crisp acidity and a lingering mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with goat cheese, oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish and fresh green salads.
