La Joya Diamante Cristalino Tequila

Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at Destiladora de Altos de Jalisco (Rancho La Joya), La Joya Diamante Cristalino is a refined, ultra-smooth 100% Weber Blue Agave expression. Harvested from mature estate-grown agave in Arandas, the piñas are cooked in masonry brick ovens, crushed in roller mills, and fermented using natural yeasts. Double-distilled in small copper pot stills, the spirit is aged in oak barrels for over 12 months to acquire rich añejo character before undergoing a specialized activated charcoal filtration process. This filtration strips away the dark amber color while retaining the complex oak, vanilla, and caramel undertones, delivering a crystal-clear spirit with velvety smoothness and authentic agave character.

Food Pairing: Grilled sea bass, lobster tail with garlic butter, fresh oyster ceviche, goat cheese crostini, roasted pork tenderloin, or white chocolate truffles.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear with luminous, diamond-like clarity, a silky medium-to-full body, and slow-moving, coating legs.
