La Joya Blanco Tequila

Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at Destiladora de Altos de Jalisco (Rancho La Joya), La Joya Blanco is a traditional 100% Weber Blue Agave spirit highlighting pure, unaged agave character. Harvested from mature estate-grown agave in the mineral-rich soils of Los Altos, the piñas are cooked in masonry brick ovens, crushed in roller mills, and fermented using natural airborne yeasts. Double-distilled in small copper pot stills, the spirit is bottled unaged directly after distillation, delivering a vibrant, citrus-forward profile with crisp herbal undertones and distinct highland minerality.

Food Pairing: Fresh white fish ceviche, grilled shrimp street tacos, fresh oysters, guacamole with warm tortilla chips, citrus-marinated chicken, or goat cheese crostini.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with brilliant, luminous clarity, a medium body, and clean, fast-moving legs.

Nose: Fresh and inviting, opening with sweet cooked agave, bright lime zest, and grapefruit peel, accompanied by white pepper, light mint, and a clean mineral earthiness.
