About the La Garreliere Rouge Des Cornus
Made from Cabernet Franc grown on silica and limestone-rich clay soils, the grapes are hand harvested, naturally fermented in concrete and matured in concrete before bottling without fining or filtration. The wine is fresh, lively and expressive with vibrant fruit and bright structure.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast chicken, grilled pork, duck, mushroom dishes, charcuterie and semi-firm cheeses.
