La Doncella "The Maiden" Oak

This organic red wine, also known as La Doncella Roble, is an expressive and modern interpretation of the estate's high-altitude terroir. Sourced from vineyards at 1,100 meters in the D.O. Pago Guijoso, the wine is aged for a brief period—typically 3 months—in oak barrels to add structure while preserving vibrant fruit character. It presents an intense red color with bluish-black reflections and a deep, bright profile. The nose is dominated by ripe red and black fruits, such as blackberry and currant, complemented by delicate dairy notes and subtle hints of cacao and vanilla from its time in oak. On the palate, it is well-structured and harmonious with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.
