La Doncella Chardonnay Organic

This exceptional unoaked Chardonnay pours a clean, brilliant pale straw color with subtle greenish glints. The nose is highly aromatic and expressive, bursting with tropical fruit aromas of ripe pineapple and banana, beautifully balanced by fresh notes of green apple and pear. On the palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied and incredibly smooth, benefiting from a weekly lees stirring (bâtonnage) over three months that imparts a fantastic, silky-smooth texture alongside a vibrant, thirst-quenching acidity and a crisp, elegant finish.
