The palate is full-bodied and well-structured, delivering concentrated dark fruit, vibrant acidity, velvety texture, and layers of spice and cocoa. Rich and elegant with excellent balance and a long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with Braised beef, grilled steaks, lamb, game meats, rich pasta dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
