Latitude 55 Canadian Whisky Batch #3 is an Alberta-made whisky from Latitude 55 Distillery in Grande Prairie. It is a blend of five carefully selected 3-year-old wheat whiskies, matured predominantly in ex-Kakwa Rum barrels, giving it a soft, sweet profile with caramel, vanilla, molasses and dried-fruit character.

Food Pairing: Barbecue, smoked meats, grilled steak, roasted nuts, aged cheddar and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Soft and sweet with caramel, vanilla, molasses, chocolate, toffee and dried-fruit notes.

Nose: Wood, caramel, vanilla custard, butterscotch, gingerbread and dried fruit.

Palate: Molasses, chocolate, toffee, leather and tobacco with touches of grape and plum.

Finish: Short, dry and light with gentle spice and apricot.

Serve: Enjoy neat, over ice, or with a few drops of water; adding water brings out warmer baking spices and richer tannins.
