About the Chateau Bouscaut Blanc 2021
Chateau Bouscaut Blanc 2021 is an elegant Cru Classe de Graves white wine from Pessac Leognan. Bright citrus, white peach, floral notes, and subtle oak are supported by lively acidity and refined texture, creating a balanced, complex wine with freshness and a long, mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with lobster, scallops, grilled sea bass, roast chicken, creamy pasta, and aged goat cheese.
92 Points - James Suckling
Sliced apples, pineapples, cedar, herbs and almonds on the nose. Creamy and supple, subtly smoky and spicy, with a medium body and elegant finish. 70% sauvignon blanc and 30% semillon. Drink now.
90 Points - Wine Spectator
Lively, offering tangy-edged white peach and yellow plum notes lined with salted butter and a ripple of jasmine. The long finish shows nice steely tension within the juicy fruit. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Drink now through 2027. 1,000 cases made.
