About the Chateau Bouscaut 2022
Château Bouscaut 2022 is a structured, elegant Grand Cru Classé red wine crafted in the Pessac-Léognan appellation of Graves. Exhibiting a deep ruby-purple hue, it opens with enticing aromas of ripe cassis, dark plum, graphite, scorched earth, and subtle toasted oak. On the palate, it delivers a medium-to-full-bodied texture featuring a dense core of black fruit framed by firm, velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, savory mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs superbly with roasted lamb chops, grilled ribeye steak, braised short ribs, duck breast, or wild mushroom dishes.

The second year of organic conversion marks a new start in Bordeaux's classic estate. Evoking aromas of dark berries, flowers, spices and oak, the 2022 Bouscaut is medium to full-bodied, round and dense on the palate with chewy tannins and a slightly dry finish attributed to an oaky, toasty aftertaste and characteristic Cabernet grip. Overall, it represents a commendable effort.
