Part of a high-quality alcohol-free range, the Equilibre Zéro Viognier-Sauvignon is crafted by winegrowers who dealcoholize only their premium estate wines to ensure maximum flavour retention. Using a low-temperature vacuum evaporation method, the alcohol is gently removed at approximately 30°C–35°C to preserve the delicate aromatic profile of the grapes. The result is a vibrant, medium-bodied white with expressive aromas of fresh-cut grass, exotic fruits, and white-fleshed peach. On the palate, it offers a refreshing tension with notes of mango and citrus, finishing with a clean, crisp saltiness that belies its 0.0% ABV.
