About the L.A.S. Vino Pirate Blend
A distinctive Margaret River red blending Portuguese varieties Touriga Nacional, Tinta Cao and Sousao. Dark plum, blueberry and red berry fruit meet cinnamon, clove, cocoa and savoury spice. The palate is generous and energetic, with silky tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, complex finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with slow-braised lamb shoulder, chargrilled steak, beef ragu, or aged Manchego.
