About the L.A.S. Vino Granite Grenache 2022
A delicate Ferguson Valley Grenache combining perfume, freshness and refined structure. Cherry, cranberry and rhubarb mingle with Campari-like bitterness and earthy forest-floor notes. Whole-bunch fermentation, amphora and seasoned oak maturation build texture and length while preserving the wine's energetic fruit character and elegant profile.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck, grilled lamb cutlets, mushroom risotto, or Mediterranean vegetables.
