About the Koyle Royale Carmenere 750ml
Critic tasting note (2021 vintage):
"From the second and third terraces of the Koyle vineyards, in the Los Lingues area of the Andean Colchagua Valley, this selection comes from rockier sections with low clay content and many stones, resulting in low yields and great concentration. Entirely destemmed during fermentation and aged for about 18 months in barrels, this is a Carménère with great depth, offering flavors of blue fruits—slightly sweet—but also rich in spices and herbs. The palate is creamy, with very fine tannins and acidity that extends across the entire palate."
– 94/100, Patricio Tapia – Descorchados
