Koval Single Barrel Millet Whiskey

A true rarity in the whiskey world! Distilled in Chicago, this unique expression is crafted from a 100% organic millet mash bill. Millet is an ancient, gluten-free grain commonly used in the spirits of Nepal and East Africa, but rarely seen in American distilling. Aged in heavily charred new American oak and bottled at 80 proof, it produces an incredibly soft, clean, and beautifully fruit-forward single barrel whiskey with a truly distinct character.
