Koval Bottled In Bond Bourbon is a limited-release American bourbon produced by Koval Distillery in Chicago, Illinois. It uses Koval’s distinctive organic corn-and-millet bourbon recipe. As a Bottled-in-Bond whiskey, it is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) and meets the Bottled-in-Bond aging and production requirements.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with smoked brisket, grilled steak, barbecue pork, aged cheddar, roasted nuts, pecan pie and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Rich corn sweetness with vanilla, caramel, toasted grain, fruit and warming spice.
