Crafted in Chicago by Koval Distillery, this highly unique American Whiskey is distilled from an organic mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. Aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled at 94 proof, this single barrel release offers a deeply complex and layered tasting experience. The oat brings a creamy palate, the barley adds sweet maltiness, the rye provides a spicy kick, and the wheat rounds it all out with a soft, smooth finish.
