About the Koppitsch Ret
Koppitsch Ret is a vibrant Austrian red combining Rotburger and St. Laurent from gravel-rich vineyards near Lake Neusiedl. Natural skin fermentation followed by maturation in stainless steel and large acacia preserves its lively character, while extended gross-lees contact contributes texture, energy and an expressive profile.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with pork schnitzel, grilled sausages, mushroom dumplings, or herb-roasted chicken.
