Kopke Colheita is a single-vintage Tawny Port from Portugal's Douro region, matured for an extended period in wood before bottling. The ageing process develops complexity while preserving freshness, producing an expressive fortified wine whose character and composition vary according to the individual harvest and time spent maturing.

Food Pairing: Pairs best with creme brulee, toasted almond tart, aged Gouda, or walnut cake.
