Crafted by Kolonist Winery in the Danubian Bessarabia region of Southern Ukraine, Bisser Brut is an exceptional sparkling wine produced using the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise) with 100% estate-grown Chardonnay. Aged on its lees to develop depth and complexity, it offers delicate aromas of green apple, white peach, white flowers, and freshly baked brioche, delivering a crisp, elegant palate with fine, persistent bubbles and a long, refreshing finish.
