Kinahan's KASC M Single Malt Irish Whiskey 700mL

Kinahan's KASC M is an innovative Single Malt Irish Whiskey created as part of the pioneering KASC Project. Matured using Kinahan's proprietary Hybrid Cask, constructed from Portuguese, American, French and Hungarian oak alongside chestnut, it explores the influence of multiple wood species within a single maturation vessel. Bottled at 45% ABV, KASC M delivers a rich and unconventional profile combining vibrant tropical fruit, caramelized stone fruit, dark molasses and sweet spice with layers of vanilla oak and toasted cereal.

Food Pairing: Pair with roasted pork, glazed duck, grilled chicken, aged cheese, toasted nuts, fruitcake or caramelized tropical-fruit desserts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and complex with mango, pineapple and spiced pear developing into caramelized tropical fruit, charred apricot, molasses, vanilla oak and espresso-like burnt sugar.

Nose: Fresh mango and pineapple mingle with poached spiced pear, dark molasses and a touch of vanilla oak.

Palate: Charred apricot and caramelized tropical fruit lead into sweet sun-dried Malvasia grape character and espresso-like burnt sugar.

Finish: Long and warming with Madeira cake, pineapple, toasted cereal and creamy tannins.

Serve: Enjoy neat, over a large ice cube or with a few drops of water.
