About the Kim Crawford Pinot Noir
Kim Crawford Pinot Noir is an inviting, cool-climate red wine that highlights the bright fruit profile of New Zealand's South Island. Sourced from premier vineyards across Marlborough and Central Otago, it opens with an aromatic bouquet of lifted red berries, dark cherries, and subtle savory undertones mixed with a hint of spicy oak. The palate is light-to-medium-bodied and fruktdrevet (fruit-driven), offering juicy flavors of ripe blackberry and dark cherry framed by silky, gentle tannins and a vibrant acidity that leads to a smooth, lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Superb alongside herb-crusted rack of lamb, mushroom risotto, duck breast with berry reduction, grilled salmon, pork chops, or a selection of mild cheeses.
