About the Kettle Valley Caboose 375ml
A fortified blend of Malbec and Petit Verdot from King Drive vineyard on the Naramata Bench. Barrel aged in French oak and produced using a Solera-style aging system, portions of the mature wine are bottled and replaced with wine from the current vintage for consistency.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with aged blue cheese, dark chocolate tart, roasted walnuts, and dried figs.
