About the Kettle Valley Merlot 2022
This Merlot comes from Brar Vineyard in Kaleden and McGraw Estate Vineyard in Naramata. Handpicked in October 2022, the fruit completed full malolactic fermentation before aging in French oak for 20 months, producing a structured expression of British Columbia Merlot.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with braised beef short ribs, roasted mushrooms, garlic potatoes, and aged cheddar.
