About the Kettle Valley Brakeman's Select
Brakeman's Select is a non-vintage red blend made from selected red varieties grown primarily in vineyards in Naramata. A portion undergoes malolactic fermentation, producing a wine designed to be soft and smooth on the palate and enjoyed young.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with herb-roasted pork tenderloin, sauteed mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes, and pan jus.
