About the Ken Forrester Silver Rose
Strawberry, pomegranate and fresh red berries define the aromatic profile, followed by a dry, polished palate with refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish. Despite its pale colour and gentle extraction, Silver Rosé offers enough body and structure to work beautifully both on its own and alongside food.
Food Pairing: Grilled salmon, seared tuna, shellfish, Mediterranean salads and light appetizers.
