Kawatsuru Sanuki Cloudy is a low-alcohol, creamy, sweet and sour sake with a fruity aroma that pairs well with spicy and juicy foods: 
Taste: A refreshing sake with a creamy, sweet and sour flavor, and a fruity ginjo aroma. Some say it tastes like Calpis or Yakult.
Alcohol content: 6% ABV
Ingredients: Rice, rice koji, and distilled alcohol
Rice polishing ratio: 70%
Best served: On the rocks or mixed with soda
Food pairings: Pairs well with rich, spicy foods, Thai cuisine, Indian cuisine, and cheese platters
