Kavalan Solist Port Cask Taiwanese Single Malt Whisky is an intensely rich single-cask expression from Kavalan Distillery in Yilan, Taiwan. Fully matured in a Port cask and bottled at natural cask strength of 57.8% ABV, it showcases the concentrated influence of Taiwan's subtropical maturation climate. Rich dark fruit, berries and plum combine with chocolate, vanilla, caramel and warming oak spice to create a powerful yet fruit-driven single malt.

Food Pairing: Pair with roasted duck, grilled beef, glazed pork, mature cheeses, toasted nuts, dried fruit, berry desserts or dark chocolate.
