About the Kaesler Old Bastard Shiraz
An iconic Barossa Shiraz from ancient vines planted in 1893, offering intense blackberry, plum and redcurrant with earth, charred oak and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and powerful yet refined, it shows fine tannins, balanced acidity and exceptional length.
Food Pairing: Fillet steak with mushroom sauce, grilled beef, lamb, venison, roasted meats and rich mushroom dishes.
