It opens with explosive aromas of juicy melon, crisp green apple, and white peach, delivering a richly textured, slightly effervescent mouthfeel with flawless balance and a crisp finish.
Food Pairing: Serve well chilled; pairs sublimely with fresh sashimi, raw oysters, grilled yakitori, sea urchin, and refined izakaya fare.
