Crafted by Takagi Shuzo in Yamagata Prefecture, this rare Kakushin ("Core") release represents an exceptional, limited-edition expression of unfiltered (muroka) Junmai sake. It bursts with aromas of fresh green apple, ripe cantaloupe, and subtle yeast, offering a lush, vibrant palate with fine acidity and a remarkably smooth finish.
Food Pairing: Serve chilled; pairs exceptionally well with sashimi, raw oysters, grilled yakitori, sea urchin, and rich seafood dishes.
