Bright and clear with a pale copper color, silver highlights, and moderate tears in the glass. Very aromatic with ripe red apple and notes of green apple and pear, with violet andwhite flower notes, dried herbs, and an attractive, slightly peppery note. Medium-bodied and dry with a very attractive mix of ripe red and green apple, red berryfruit, and melon on entry and subtle chamomile and floral notes appearing on the midpalate. Theclean finish features fresh fruit, floral/herbal notes, and a mineral texture. The 2023 Rosé is anextremely versatile and refreshing wine that is great year-round on its own or paired with justabout any type of food. It is equally delicious with grilled shrimp tacos, a blackened chickenCaesar salad, grilled salmon, or a full holiday meal.
