Justin Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is an exceptionally balanced and approachable expression of Paso Robles terroir that seamlessly blends California's vibrant fruit intensity with a classic, Bordeaux-inspired structure. Pouring a bright, consistent ruby red, it opens with a highly aromatic and juicy bouquet of fresh red raspberries and black cherries, delicately layered with inviting notes of vanilla, warm baking spices, and soft garden herbs. On the palate, it is dry, moderately full-bodied, and supple, delivering a generous core of bright red plum and ripe cherry flavors. Matured for 14 months in traditional American oak barrels (25% new), it is framed by velvety, well-integrated tannins that weave through nuanced hints of toasted coconut, caramel, and sage. It concludes with a pleasantly savory, lightly floral, and moderately long finish accented by a touch of black pepper.
