About the Jozen Mizuno Gotoshi Daiginjo 720ml
Elegant and polished, with fragrant notes of melon, pear and banana layered over delicate rice character. The palate is silky and refined, showing impressive depth with gentle sweetness, fine umami and beautifully balanced acidity before a clean, graceful finish.
