About the Quarisa Johnny Q Shiraz Viognier
A full-flavoured South Australian red blending ripe Shiraz with a small amount of aromatic Viognier. Fresh berry fruit meets pepper and spice, while dense mulberry flavours, spicy oak and succulent tannins shape the palate. Viognier contributes added fragrance, complexity and youthful intensity to the generous Shiraz.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast rack of lamb, grilled beef, barbecue ribs, or mature hard cheeses.
