About the JM Rhum 2015 Single Barrel New American 55.9% ABV 700ml
Located in the small northern village of Macouba, Martinique, at the base of iconic volcano Mt. Pelee, Rhum J.M produces the finest AOC Rhum Agricole from estate-grown sugarcane.
Credited to be the first recorded distillery to produce Rhum Agricole, there is no fresher sugarcane crush in the world, taking less than an hour for sugarcane to go from field to fermentation tank.
This aged agricultural rum comes from the JM distillery. It comes from a single cask selected for the New Vibrations collection.
First distilled in a traditional copper Creole column in 2015, it was then aged in a new American oak barrel toasted by the distillery's coopers.
