About the Jikon Tokubetsu Junmai 720ml
A refined Junmai sake from Mie with aromas of steamed rice, pear and melon, followed by soft stone fruit, gentle floral notes and subtle umami. Medium-bodied and supple, with balanced acidity, a clean finish and delicate mineral character.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled mackerel, tuna sashimi, yakitori, mushroom tempura, seafood and aged Comte.
