About the Jikon Nabari Junmai Daiginjo Sake 720ml
Elegant and beautifully concentrated, with ripe melon, pear and delicate white floral aromas layered over polished rice character. The palate is silky and precise, balancing graceful fruit sweetness, fine acidity and refined umami before a remarkably clean, long and sophisticated finish.
