Produced from Chardonnay with Pinot Blanc grown on marl and limestone soils in the Hautes-Cotes de Nuits, this white Burgundy offers aromas of white peach, citrus, orchard fruit and subtle floral notes. The palate is layered and mineral-driven with vibrant acidity and a long, saline finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast chicken, lobster, scallops, creamy poultry dishes and aged Comte cheese.
