Jefferson's Bourbon (often recognized by its flagship "Very Small Batch" expression) is an expertly crafted blend of straight bourbon whiskeys selected by founder and Master Blender Trey Zoeller. Named in honor of Thomas Jefferson's curiosity and experimental spirit, this bourbon is built on the art of blending. Zoeller sources distinct bourbons of varying ages and mashbills, marrying them in remarkably small batches to achieve a consistent, smooth, and fruit-forward flavor profile. The result is an exceptionally soft, elegant, and highly approachable whiskey that appeals to both bourbon novices and seasoned aficionados alike.
