Produced from approximately 40-year-old Pinot Noir vines in the Aux Argillas Premier Cru climat, this wine reveals aromas of dark cherry, black raspberry, violet and spice. The palate is concentrated and mineral-driven with firm tannins, vibrant freshness and an exceptionally persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck, venison, beef tenderloin, mushroom dishes and aged Comte cheese.
