Produced from old Pinot Noir vines planted in 1958, this Gevrey-Chambertin offers aromas of cherry, dark berries and sweet spice. The palate is velvety and concentrated with fine tannins, vibrant acidity and impressive persistence, expressing the character of this celebrated village vineyard.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with duck breast, roast lamb, venison, beef tenderloin and aged Gruyere.
