Produced from Pinot Noir grown in Concoeur at the entrance to the Hautes Cotes de Nuits, this wine reveals aromas of red cherry, raspberry and subtle spice. The palate is fresh and refined with silky tannins, lively acidity and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast chicken, duck breast, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes and soft cheeses.
